Terms and Conditions
The terms that apply when you use our website and services.
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website chlenviedltd.site and any engagement with Chlen Vied Ltd. By using this website, you agree to these terms.
1. About us
This website is operated by Chlen Vied Ltd, registered in England & Wales, with its address at 24 Hampton Road, Andover, England, SP11 6SD, United Kingdom. Contact [email protected] or +48 884 998 056.
2. Use of the website
You agree to use this website lawfully and not to misuse it. All content is owned by or licensed to us and may not be reproduced without permission.
3. Information provided
Information on this website is provided for general guidance and does not constitute a binding offer or professional advice. Any proposal or quotation is subject to a written agreement.
3a. Trade supply, quotations & delivery
We supply to businesses in the course of trade. Quotations are valid for the period stated on them and are given subject to stock being available at the time of order; prices, minimum order quantities and lead times are those confirmed in the quotation. Lead times are given in good faith and may be affected by manufacturers and carriers. Delivery is to the address agreed at the time of order, and unloading, access and any site requirements are the buyer’s responsibility unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. Goods must be examined on delivery and any shortage or damage notified to us promptly. Because supply is to businesses rather than consumers, consumer distance-selling cancellation rights do not apply to trade orders; nothing in these terms affects the rights of any customer who does deal as a consumer. Product specifications, finishes and images are indicative and manufacturers may change them without notice.
4. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our liability in connection with this website is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
5. Privacy
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published at the time of your visit applies.
